Immediately upon receipt of the product, check whether it has been delivered undamaged and complete. If this is not the case, we kindly request that you contact us as soon as possible to report this.

• if the product is complete and unused
• in its original condition and packaging.
If the product has been opened and used, it cannot be returned. Unless the product was not in order upon receipt. Please contact us immediately regarding such a matter.
